Cancellation Policy
Sessions: – Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session charge.
Events/Workshops: – Booking fees for all of our events are non-refundable.
However, if you give us notice 48 hours prior to the event
(a) you may transfer your booking to another person of the same gender or
(b) for all events except Tantric Celebrations, you can roll your booking forward to the next time that particular event is being offered.

If you’ve given your contact details in the process of booking for a TempleFlame workshop or event, your contact details will also be added to our newsletter database. Under no circumstances will TempleFlame disclose your personal information to another organisation or person. You can choose to unsubscribe to our newsletter database at any time.
Correction of personal data
If TempleFlame holds your personal information such as your personal contact details, and these details change, simply email TempleFlame with the updated info and we can change it on our database – so you can stay up to date with our online communications like newsletters or facebook updates.
